Lgs. 6 settembre 2005, n. 206), con particolare riferimento alla parte IV, Titolo I, art. 112 : l'immissione in commercio di accendini non conformi alle prescrizioni di sicurezza è penalmente perseguibile con l'applicazione, salvo che il fatto costituisca reato più grave, di un'ammenda da un minimo di 10.000,00 Euro ad un massimo di 50.000,00 Euro e con l'arresto fino ad 1 anno.
